      The BCG ( Boston Consulting Group)  matrix  provides a framework for analyzing products according to growth and market share. This Framework includes four categories that are,  Stars, Question Marks, Cash Cows, and Dogs. Stars: Stars have a large market share in a fast-growing industry. Due to the rapid growth of the market, this requires continuous investment. Question Marks: This business unit with a low market share in a high growth market.  Cash Cow:  This business unit is with a large market share in a mature and slow-growing industry. Dogs: Dogs are the business with low market share and low market growth. These are weak in the market and difficult to make a profit. Travel as much as you can. As far as you can. As long as you can. Life's not meant to be lived in one place.    I love being a free bird, so I love to travel a lot. I have been to so many beautiful places in India, still so many are left but I wish to travel to all the places in India and explore the whole world. It's actually hard to pick up anyone place and write about it. India is full of surprises. India has ample of beautiful and he ritage places to visit. From my recent adventure, the best experience till now is scuba diving in Andaman and Nicobar Island, last year. I am still in love with the place, water, weather, people and of course food.
