Just wait & watch!!!

Shopping!!! It is the most important and time-consuming duty for a girl. But, not only women but men too love shopping. As per customers, it is most refreshing and relaxing work for them, but when they reach the initial time of shopping, their mind gets all messed up.

When it comes to customer behavior, we all think of buying, shopping or using any kind of product. Customer behavior is relevant to how people make decisions about what they buy, want, need or act in regards to the product, company or service.
There are many customers who are very nagging about buying products. They are more often known as non-buying customers because they get confused about what to buy and put the shopkeeper into trouble. There are many customers who complain about brands, even if they are using it for a while. Few customers can never be satisfied with any brand in this world.
The overly agreeable customers say "yes" to everything they choose to buy. They are much excited about their shopping and can't resist themselves from buying anything.
Some customers can't stop in expertise on products. They think they know everything about a product or brand and somehow they win on letting the other people buy the product. For example, many of my friends keep on lecturing me on different brands as if they bought all the products from that brand and somehow I end up buying the wrong product.
The pessimist customers often get confused and mostly say "No" to everything they see. Even in online shopping, they buy a product, but at any minute they cancel it or put them on their wish list.

I am one of the staller customers because I find myself always waiting for the best product to launch in the market. I usually wait and take time to buy the best product and definitely check out all product varieties and features.
Customer behavior in marketing depends on the understanding of psychology and emotions of an individual.
